General terms of participation for contests on Facebook & Instagram
These terms of participation apply to all participation in GOLOY contests on Facebook and Instagram. ebi-pharm ag with headquarters on Lindachstrasse 8c, 3038 Kirchlindach is organizer of the contests.
The GOLOY contests are not associated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised in any way by Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the contest should be directed exclusively to ebi-pharm ag.
ebi-pharm ag is authorised to make adjustments to the competition mode at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition if there are important reasons for doing so.
Terms of participation:
Persons who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participation of minors requires consent of their legal representative. In the event of a win, this will be handed over to the legal representative. Sweepstake clubs, automated services and other professionalised/commercial participants as well as employees of ebi-pharm ag and the participating companies and their relatives are excluded from participation. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Only individuals with a registered residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein may win.
The prizes, rules of participation and the deadline for participating in the competition will be explained in the respective post on Facebook or Instagram.
Entries are valid as long as they do not violate these guidelines:
Comments, photos or videos that violate the guidelines of the corresponding social media channel, Swiss law and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon recognition. The participant is consequently excluded from winning.
Raffle
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries, in camera, after the end of the competition period. In this case, the decision is made by lot.
Notification of the winner:
The winners will be notified about the prize via the official GOLOY Facebook/Instagram account via the comment function on their own comment and asked to contact them via a private message. The winners will be asked to provide a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for the delivery of the prize.
Claim to the prize
If a winner cannot be reached within five working days via the prize notification (Facebook/Instagram comment), or if a prize cannot be delivered due to the delivery address provided by the winner, the participant no longer has a claim to the prize. A new winner will be drawn for the corresponding prize. There will be no cash payment, the prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person. There is no right of appeal. Prizes that are not claimed by the winner within 14 days after the drawing will be forfeited without replacement. There will be no correspondence about the raffle.

Data protection
The participants declare that they agree that the first and last name of the winners may be published on GOLOY media (online and print), as well as on the GOLOY Facebook and Instagram accounts. Otherwise, personal data are used exclusively to conduct the contests and will neither be passed on to third parties nor used or processed for marketing purposes.
